The eligible potential bidders are invited by Mongolian National Public Radio and Television to submit their sealed bid documents for “Conversion of internal operation of MNB Television to Media Asset Management System”.

The bidders will be able to purchase the complete set of bid documents (additional copy if requested) at MNT 50.000 (other currency equivalent) on non-refundable bases by providing official request letters.

Bid shall be valid for 45 days since its opening date.

To be eligible for consideration of its bid, a bidder should qualify and submit financial and experience proof of the requirements as below:

Sales amount: average of the sales amount for the last 3 years (2014, 2015, 2016) shall be not less than 30 percent from the proposed bid value;

The amount of easily convertible assets and the available loan: shall be not less than 30% of the proposed bid value;

The experience of similar work previously performed: similar work reports of implementation during the last 3 years (2014, 2015, 2016 ) shall not be less 30 percent  than the proposed value /copies of work contracts shall be submitted/

If special permission required: Not required

Bid security amount shall be: MNT 12,799,789 /Twelve million seven hundred ninety nine thousand seven hundred eighty nine/ only

The bid documents should be delivered to the following address prior to 11:00 am on August 21st, 2017 and the bid documents will be opened at 11:30 am on August 21st, 2017 in the presence of the interested Bidders.
