INVITATION FOR BID

The eligible potential bidders are invited by Mongolian National Public Radio and Television to submit their expression of interest for bid to “Conversion of light system in Mongolian News Channel studio of MNB”.

The bidders will be able to purchase the complete set of bid documents at MNT 50.000 on non-refundable bases with the official request letter.

The purchase amount of the bid should be transferred to Mongolian National Public Radio and Television account according to the bank details below:

Bid shall be valid for 45 days since its opening date.

To be eligible for consideration of its bid, a bidder should qualify and submit financial and experience proof of the requirements as below:

1. Sales amount: average of the sales amount for the last 3 years (2014, 2015, 2016) shall be not less than 30 percent from the proposed bid value;
2. The amount of easily convertible assets and the available loan: shall not be less than 90 percent of the proposed bid value;
3. Financial reports: Audited financial reports and evaluations of last three years (2014, 2015, 2016)
4. The experience of similar work previously performed: similar implementation work reports during the last 3 years (2014, 2015, 2016 ), which shall not be less than 30 percent  of the proposed value; copies of work contracts, contract conclusions, delivery reports, photos or video shall be submitted;
5. Bid security amount shall be: MNT 2,585,000.00 (Two million five hundred eighty five thousand) tugrug only

It shall be done at any of the commercial banks which are authorized to issue e- bid security, which shall be valid until 22^nd February 2018.

Bid must be delivered to e-system prior to 10:00 am on December 11^th, 2017 and will be opened at 10:30 am on December 11^th, 2017 in the presence of the interested Bidders in Meeting room of MNB.
